Florally started in 2015 after our founders noticed a repetitive complaint at nearly every hotel they visited—most hotels struggled to find a florist they could trust. Time and again, they were told about vendors who weren’t reliable, didn’t respond quickly, and lacked a true understanding of the brand they were designing for. When flowers arrived in poor condition or last-minute needs came up, there was no one they could count on. Even more, the floral designs often missed the mark—failing to reflect the hotel’s identity, aesthetic, or guest experience.
That’s where we came in.
